21km

Joana ran her 2nd Half Marathon race this morning.  Before normal people have breakfast, my wife enjoyed the misery of 21km in the brutal Trinidad sun.  Here is the proof of her ass kicking 2:19:20 result.

Half Marathon

I can't believe I did it! In 2hours, 22minutes and 04 seconds. 

Came all the way to Brasília to run with my Coach, Fernando and his girlfriend, Adriana. They are the best hosts ever and we've had a crazy carb fest (to prep for the run) and we went to the movies (to keep our feet up).
