The second time around in Praia Seca, Clara was a bit more relaxed - or maybe we were expecting the worst :-)

Baby Music Class

There's a place called Trupe here in Ipanema, they have activities for babies. Today we went to check out their baby music class. I was a horrible photographer and video maker but these will help you realize how cute this class was.

Hugo is Born!

Our good friends Tin and Sylvia just delivered their baby boy, Hugo today in Germany. Hope Clara and Hugo become good friends too.

Praia Seca Continued

The house is freshly painted and renovated - all that's missing is the landscaping - then it'll be ready for Oma Elke and Opa Frank in December.

Praia Seca Weekend #1

Last weekend we went to Praia Seca - Clara's first trip away from home.  It was an experience!!!  She slept the whole way there on Friday afternoon, which caused her to be up and awake fully energized all night long :-)  Saturday she redeemed herself - she was forbidden to sleep during the day and therefore had to catch up on her dreams during the night.  Here are some pretty pictures to show you how awesome she was in between!
