Fun at the park

Yesterday morning we sought some shade and fun at the park.  

11 months

Last friday Clara turned 11 months and we got to sing happy birthday with our good friends Tin,  Sylvia and Hugo!

It's hot here

It's so hot in Rio that we did a lot of staying in with the AC running all day. 

Clara liked how nice and cool the floor was

Later we decided it would be good to go out of the house a little so we went to Natural for açai and coconut water

 Overall it was a good lazy Sunday

Noodle eating

We're starting to get Clara to eat some of the stuff we do so today we decided to give her some of our noodles. It was a mess. A lot more playing with it than actually eating it.

Don't you think it's great that it takes very litlle for kids to have fun sometimes. Here Clara was having the time of her life spreading diapers everywhere.

Birthday Party

 This past Saturday we were invited to a 1st-year birthday party for little Nicolas - Clara had a blast (and so did Joana & Robert).

Lazy Saturday by the Pool

Tin and Sylvia are in town - escaping the icy cold of German winter - and we enjoyed an awesome day at their pool:

 Little Hugo is the coolest :-)

 And Clara is the cutest ... with her little robe, she was 100% in style

New Years Eve in Rio

Mummel, Vatertier, Joana, and I spent New Years Eve (a.k.a. Reveillon) in high style on Copacabana beach - we didn't have to mingle with the crowded masses thanks to the most awesome host ever: Duncan!
