Cha de fralda #2

Yesterday was Clara's diaper shower #2 for close friends. It was a all girls thing since there was a lot of baby and baby related talk.

The little ballons say: It's a girl!

We also played "guess mom's belly size" game. Most people were way off thinkng I'm three times bigger than I really am :)

But Bel was right on! 

Cha de Fralda

Today we had Clara's baby shower for the family. The turn out was great! Since we bought pretty much everything in the US, all we asked for were diapers ;-)

Happy New Year!

New years eve was spent on Copacabana beach watching the fire works show.  Joana was the designated guardian!  Happy 2013 to everyone!

Tiradentes

We started the year off with a little trip to Petropolis and Tiradentes with our good friends Tin and Sylvia.  While the girls (both pregnant) were lounging by the pool, Tin and I took advantage of everything the farm life had to offer.

 The girls were looking for us while we spied on them with our super zoom camera.
